A rear-deploying broadhead design is the standard for big cuts, quick kills and huge blood trails. However; one issue that many bowhunters face, is deflection. A well placed shot will hit a bone and be sent off course; leading to spoiled meat, or animals that get away. SEVR adds a patented difference to help solve this problem, called: Lock-and-PivotTM
LOCK-AND-PIVOT: HOW IT WORKS
LOCK – Once your SEVR broadhead makes contact with the animal, the blades immediately deploy from within the ferrule, and lock out into position.
PIVOT – If your broadhead blade encounters a bone, that blade will temporarily fold back within the ferrule, allowing your arrow to pivot right around bone, maintaining the same trajectory cutting through the animal, preventing deflection and maintaining the most efficient penetration possible.
