If you are ever dissatisfied with one of our products, have a question, return, or need us for any other reason, please contact us and we’ll make it right. SEVR broadheads carry a limited-lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. SEVR will repair or replace qualifying items at our discretion.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange a product, no problem. We are happy to help! Any new, unused and unaltered items may be returned or exchanged for a refund within 30 days after you’ve received your order. Items returned after 30 days will receive store credit only. All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized by SEVR by doing the following:
1.) Make sure the product is unused, unaltered and in it’s original condition and packaging. SEVR will not accept returns or exchanges for used items. Product must be returned in the original, unused, unaltered condition, and in its original packaging.
2.) Request a return number (RMA) by completing and submitting the RETURN NUMBER (RMA) REQUEST FORM on the right side of this page.
3.) Wait for a confirmation email from SEVR Customer Service. This email will contain the return number (RMA) you requested. The return number (RMA) must be included with your return, either as an email printed and placed inside the return package, or written on the outside of your return package.
4.) Ship the product back to SEVR for processing. Please make sure to include the return number (RMA) on the attention line as shown below:

Please allow 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been received.
For exchanges, we recommend that you place a new order on the SEVR website immediately. By doing so, you’ll get your new product quickly while we process the refund for the returned product.
